In January, Bathany Taylor and her husband Kendall welcomed a new member into their family.
Baby Jane was a healthy baby girl who came into the world without any problems.
But five days later, she developed a severe illness and stopped eating.
Then the entire family became sick, and they made a horrific discovery.
Bethany and Kendall, just like all new parents, they couldn’t wait to take their child home from the hospital. The couple were very happy since the new chapter in their lives was about to start.
But something later showed up that caused the entirety to change. Jane, a five days old infant, started to feel strangely weak and stopped eating. She had been hurrying to the emergency department by Bethany and Kendall because they were sure something was wrong. However, nothing was wrong with the girl when the pediatrician checked her.
The parents got headaches right away and felt ill after leaving the hospital and returning home. Grandma was asked to assist them, but she quickly got ill herself. Dad Kendall was worried of what was going on.
In order to figure out more, the father conducted a bit of research on the internet. They sent their newborn baby to the hospital as soon as he realized the reality.
“I wasn’t aware this would be happening to my new, like new little baby, and I became so nervous regarding what was going to happen with her.” The mother said to Faith Tap.
Baby Jane and the rest of the family have been poisoned, though not by an unidentified bacteria.
The apartment’s gas stove was the source of the spoilage. The heater was broken, which caused the family’s carbon monoxide poisoning. Jane got treated right away in the hyperbaric chamber.
Throughout the process, mother Bethany had the ability to spend time in the chamber with her baby. And the medication was successful!
“She look like a baby once again. She sobbed and spoke to her mother. When she got out the chamber, she was starving.” says Dr. James Stewart to Faith Tap.
Fortunately, everything turned out safe for this family, but if the young girl had not received medication in a timely manner, it may have been tragic.
