At Wolfson Children’s Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida, Combs gave birth to identical twin girls named Kennadi Rue and Mckenli Ackerman on May 12, 2021, two months before her due date. Her dear babies were awesome, however they were likewise exceptionally uncommon.
