Give it to God and go to sleep

Life gets heavy, often times there is too much going on in the world and we carry too much. Our world right now is very scary and uncertain, it is perfectly normal for you to be feeling many different emotions. Sometimes you might even feel like you can’t keep going, sometimes we feel sad or lost and confused. It’s okay to have these feelings, but it’s not ok to not talk about them. Make it a good habit to talk to God. He wants to hear from you. Tell him all your worries, your concerns and whatever is bothering you. Thank him for your blessings. When you take time to release your burdens and your worries to God, you will find peace. Always end each day with a prayer let it all go and sleep in his peace.
