Fred and Mary Got Married

The Wrong Glue

Fred and Mary got married, but they didn’t have enough money for a honeymoon. So, they decided to spend their first night together at Fred’s parents’ house.

The next morning, Fred’s younger brother, Johnny, woke up and ate breakfast. Before going to school, he asked his mother, “Are Fred and Mary awake already?”

His mother answered, “No.”

Johnny started to say, “I think they—”

But his mother quickly stopped him and said, “I don’t want to hear what you think! Just go to school.”

At lunchtime, Johnny came home and asked again, “Are Fred and Mary awake now?”

His mother replied, “No.”

Johnny started again, “I think they—”

His mother interrupted him, saying, “Stop thinking about them! Eat your lunch and go back to school.”

After school, Johnny came home and asked one more time, “Are Fred and Mary awake?”

His mother said, “No.”

Johnny then asked, “Mom, can I finally tell you what I think?”

His mother agreed, “Okay, tell me.”

Johnny said, “Last night, Fred came into my room to borrow some Vaseline. But I think I accidentally gave him my airplane glue!”

The Swimming Pool Surprise

A young couple went on their honeymoon and stayed at a hotel with a big swimming pool.

They decided to go swimming, and the bride wore a new bikini she had recently bought.

While swimming and playing in the water, she noticed that her bikini was too big. The top and bottom kept falling off.

Since they were the only ones in the pool, she and her husband laughed and kept picking up her bikini whenever it fell into the water.

That evening, they got dressed and went to the hotel’s fancy restaurant for dinner.

They were seated beside a huge glass tank that looked like an aquarium. However, there were no fish inside.

The bride became curious and asked the waiter, “Why are there no fish in your aquarium?”

The waiter smiled and answered, “That’s not an aquarium. That’s the swimming pool!”

The Mysterious Gift

A young couple got married and went on their honeymoon.

After two weeks, they returned home and started opening all the wedding gifts they had received from their friends and relatives. Since they had just moved into a new house, it took them some time to finish.

A week later, they received an envelope in the mail containing two tickets to a very popular show.

They were very happy and thought it was a thoughtful gift from someone they knew.

However, inside the envelope was a small piece of paper with only one sentence:

“Guess who sent them?”

The couple had fun trying to figure out who sent the tickets, but they couldn’t find the answer.

They decided to enjoy the show anyway.

When they arrived home late that night, they were shocked to discover that almost everything valuable in their house was gone.

Their furniture and other expensive belongings had been stolen!

On the empty dining table, they found another piece of paper written in the same handwriting as the first message.

It said:

“Now you know!”
