Sometimes… you have to realize that the world is too beautiful to waste your time being angry or sad when you could be enjoying what life has to offer.
Emotions come in many forms. Sadness, happiness, calmness, anger, and more. But it is hard to find stronger emotions than anger and despair, which takes a lot from us.

We sometimes find more reasons to be sad and angry than express warmth and cheerfulness. The loss of a loved one, loss of a well-paying job, and more can make us sad. We tend to dwell more on these emotions and forget that we have always had things happening to keep us happy than sad.
Breathe, fresh air, family, and life. And many more are some of the neglected but more crucial things that we should be grateful for. There may be bad times, but they do not last.
So, we should not waste our time expressing negative emotions of complaints, worry, and anxiety. But to express love, happiness, and gracefulness.
