Today, my daughter opened her favorite chocolate ice cream — the one she always eats after school.
At first, everything looked normal: the crispy cone, the sweet smell, and the smooth chocolate on top. But after a few bites, she suddenly said, “Mom, look at this!”
When I looked closer, I saw something dark and strange inside, like a piece of wrapper or hard caramel. We thought it was just a small mistake, maybe extra chocolate. But my daughter, being curious, decided to check it more carefully with her spoon.
A moment later, she screamed. Under the chocolate, hidden in the creamy part, was something that made me freeze in shock.
Inside the ice cream was a small creature with a tail and claws.

It was a scorpion. A real one — dead, but clearly a scorpion. From its size, it looked like a baby.
We stood there in shock. My first thought was, how could it have gotten inside? Maybe it happened at the factory while they were making the cones — or even worse, maybe it crawled in later and froze inside the ice cream.
We felt disgusted and scared. My daughter couldn’t even look at the cone; her hands were shaking. I quickly took pictures and sent a complaint to the company.
Now, just thinking about ice cream makes me nervous. You never really know what could be hiding under that smooth layer of chocolate.
