With her longtime partner Johnny Argen, she’s been enjoying a peaceful life on their 46-acre farm.
In 2007, Barr bought her 2,212-square-foot Hawaiian home for $1.78 million.
The house, with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, has beautiful 360-degree views of the lush surroundings and has been a peaceful place for Barr to enjoy in her later years.
Barr loves bringing her granddaughters to the farm, enjoying the peaceful surroundings. She once shared a sweet photo of herself walking with her granddaughters across a large grassy field, capturing a touching moment between them.
While fans admired the moment, they also noticed how much Barr has changed from the legendary comedian she once was to the grandmother she is now.
Barr gave a glimpse into her life by posting a photo of herself sleeping among boxes, clothes, and a laptop. Instagram users joked about the picture, with one captioning it, “Shop till you drop,” and another suggesting, “Fire your housekeeper!!!!”
Another person said, “No, she doesn’t need to fire her housekeeper. She’s the one making the mess! It’s really sad to see her like this. She’s a huge celebrity, and while everyone has bad days, no one wants to see her like this. She’s better than that!”
