Tattoos are a way to show who you are. Some people get small ones, while others cover their whole body with them.
Tristan Weigelt, a 26-year-old learning to do tattoos, got a lot of attention because of his extreme body art. He showed how he looked before he covered his body in tattoos.
The pictures of him before are really surprising.

Weigelt started covering most of his body in tattoos when he was 20 years old.
He said it feels strange to see himself without all the tattoos.
“But surprisingly, I still feel the same inside as I did before.”
The tattoos on his face and head hurt the most, feeling like someone was scraping him with a metal brush.
He had six full days of tattoo sessions, each lasting about five to six hours. The pain was really strong, maybe an eight out of 10.
While some people get tattoos to represent something important to them, Weigelt said his tattoos don’t have any hidden messages or meanings.
He has spent $50,000 on tattoos over five years.
For people thinking about getting a tattoo, Weigelt advises, “Choose something you really like and that makes sense to you. Don’t worry too much about whether it fits your image or style. If you like it, go for it.”
Wow, what a big change!
Do you think you would ever get tattoos all over your body? I’m not sure if I would.
